the nuvinci hub was a giveaway for the google searches, it’s the pi electrobike.
It looks like the business end of the triobike.

DWR was also selling a version of this, but now it’s not on their site anymore.
And, not to nitpick, but I couldn’t find one photo of a person actually riding it at the electrobike site. Am I missing something?
It’s curious — maybe they’re taking the Tesla Motors approach of exclusivity and limited availability.
