This is pretty cool. I use the Cyclops Training DVDs because they combine road riding footage with a “toolbar” of what power the coach is putting out. I really like format because it’s not just “go harder,” or “go easy” like most of the other offerings.
If you read the article, dpouncy found software that lets you time-sync your helmet camera with your power data and have it displayed on the screen. It’s be real interesting to see something like this from the view-point of a Tour sprinter in the last 5k. I bet the numbers would be amazing.
