Should chill like him and enjoy any ride.
That ride was heavy with rain. Got caught out in an unexpected storm that hit with the flair and bravado of a Spanish Inquisition (no one expects). Wearing new kit that wetted out in minutes, I was nearly shivering, with soaked-through shoes. Prince played at the Showbox, so Seattle streets were choked with cars dragging their drivers along. The storm got windier.
Grumbling and cursing while pedaling towards home, thinking the seat on this bike is a bit low, saw this raver on a Jamis bike.
First the plush My Little Pony backpack, the matching belt, and then the hat. Stopped for a picture and he was in good mood. He posed and said he was just riding tonight. No rave planned.

Then thought about his ride the rest of the way home. Also how well that hat and backpack kept him warm and dry in the rain.
