Seattle is currently blanketed by smoke from the massive BC fire and the air is rated as unhealthy. Same with the Methow Valley, where we’re headed this weekend if it clears. As a cyclist with asthma, wood smoke is the worst allergen trigger, and I’m paying close attention to the air quality in the Pacific Northwest.
Besides the news reports, here are the links I check for smoke and air quality; including, new satellite imagery.

Besides feeling it, if the air is rated as unhealthy, I’m not riding in it.
