An All-New Hammer Karoo

An All-New Hammerhead Karoo launched earlier today. Karoo now features robust workout assistance, top-tier navigation capabilities, and a companion app for seamless device management while on a ride. I’ve been riding with the previous version for a couple seasons and it’s my fav. Now it integrates with SRAM AXS. I prefer Hammerhead’s cell phone as a bike computer approach.

Karoo boasts a high-resolution screen like a smartphone, offering high display quality for visualizations and customization of ride data and maps.

This version seems chunkier and they didn’t change the mount. Instead, improving on the existing design. The specs are below. Good to see the USB-C charging too. What you can expect from Karoo is a hub for controlling your ride. That includes data you monitor and log to your routes, workouts, connected devices, and more. The connectivity list includes AXS products, E-Bikes, and ANT+ lights. The bright color screens is long lasting and engineered for usability. I like how Karoo lets me focus on the road. While I don’t use the structure workout features I know those training do. They are robust. All in, this is significant upgrade for a product that is already great.
