Tern Quick Haul Long
Tern Quick Haul Long launched earlier today. It’s the latest in Tern’s line of cargo bikes and is offered at a more accessible price. Whatever you have planned, this compact cargo bike is up for the task and ready to go.

Since then, we’ve gained valuable insights into enhancing cargo bikes, which we’ve incorporated into the Quick Haul Long. This bike retains the GSD’s key features but is offered at a more accessible price, maintaining the same high standards of safety and reliability.”
Ed note: as an early adopter, I never expected cargo bikes to be a status symbol at school pickup, or embraced to this extent by families.
Built around 20” wheels, the QHL is about the same length as a regular city bike, but rated for a maximum gross vehicle weight of 190 kg (419 lbs). That means the frame can easily support two children or even an adult on back. The low center of gravity, stiff frame, and optimized design for rider comfort, makes for a smooth ride smooth and stability under load.
